- The registration fee mentioned above is exclusive of GST @ 18% (as applicable).
- USD rates mentioned are only indicative. Your account will be deducted at the prevailing rate of exchange at the time of the transaction.
- You can register online using your Debit/Credit Card, UPI, or Money Transfer.
- A bank convenience fee of 4.5% will be charged additionally for all online transactions.
- Registration is mandatory and will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of the full amount/fee.
- While your safety is of utmost importance, the organisers will take no responsibility for loss of belongings/valuables or damage to your property.
- The registration fee does not include any travel cost, insurance, accommodation (unless you have opted for an accommodation package), sightseeing tours, or airport transfers.
- Membership No. and proof of being a student, nurse, etc. will be captured in the online registration form for verification, depending on the category you select.
- Visa letter requests will be accepted till June 30, 2026.
Inclusions
- Conference kit/bag with all conference information.
- Access to scientific sessions and exhibition area.
- Accompanying persons, including spouses, will not be allowed to attend technical sessions.
- Conference luncheons and dinners.
Cancellation Policy
- Kindly send the cancellation requests to connect@wcog2026india.com, on or before July 31, 2026.
- Refunds will be made after deducting the GST amount and bank convenience fee.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the completion of the conference, if not earlier.
- No refunds will be entertained post July 31, 2026, except in case of any travel restrictions imposed by the government. The Organising Committee’s decision will be final in this regard.
